Property blueprints for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this new photograph release is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and contains a legend labelling various sections of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as layouts for boat shelters.
Additional materials disclosed as part of the continuing investigative release.
